You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

We’ll send you the return instructions and shipping details.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please reach out to us within 30 days. We’ll guide you through the quick exchange process.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (for example: intimate apparel, custom or personalized products, or sale items marked final sale).
Return Shipping

If the item arrived damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping and will replace or refund your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue — we’ll replace it or issue a full refund immediately at returns@cozypaws4u.com.
